There is no shortage of critics of the iPod. They say it lacks features or is over priced, yet the public keeps buying them at an astounding rate. Just 6 years ago digital downloads were limited to geeks and college kids. MP3 players had been around for a while but they never quite caught on. The iPod was different though, it had less features, but what it did it did well, and the iPod was sexy, and cool. Now there are 140 million of them and they are driving the cultural shift in the way people buy and listen to music.
